i have this game.. i have cleared this game about 20 times and still this game entertains me

all i can say about this game is WOW!!
I was surprised by the reviews, mostly because I had played and enjoyed it before I read any.
I do have a feeling too many really hardcore Castlevania fans just wrote the game off because of the new look.
It’s not a bad fighter at all, I believe the same team that worked on Judgement is working on Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, I think that says a lot.
I enjoyed the game and felt that they pulled it off as far as creating a current gen 3d fighter for my Wii.
Some of the drawbacks for me were the lack of polish compared to last gens soulcalibur for GC. Then there was the unresponsiveness which could’ve benefited from the Motion Plus add-on. and it would’ve been more fun or popular with a franchise character or a create a person feature like with Soulcalibur.
This looks good, I am very interested in the Maria character.
The game is fun!! but I’m kind of disappointed in the story mode…
You know the Wii is perfectly capable of doing DLC as well.
Maybe because they already had Simon and Trevor in their, and didn’t want the temptation of making to many clone characters. Of course, just because Richter is a Belmont and uses the same Whip doesn’t mean he has to be a clone, but from a game design standpoint, it’s vary tempting.
Have you seen Kwings Legacy of Darkness review? Castlevania can work in 3D just fine. Heck, even the new “Metroidvania” style could work in 3D, if Retro’s Metroid Prime games are any indication. For same games, it isn’t a question of can they work in 3D, it’s a question of can the developers make it work.
actually this one should be an action rpg gameplay style all the consoles have that gameplay ecsept the wii that have a fighting style gameplay the graphics is not so bad for a wii but it could be more better at least look how soulcalibur 2 and 3 on gamecube and ps2 looks like even old ps2 fighting games like DOA2 hardcore or tekken4 have an amazing graphics back then.

Perhaps the success of the “Smash Bros.” series inspired the decision to make a CV fighting game? I personally would’ve rather seen Simon Belmont in “Brawl” & leave it at that. Is it too much to ask to have a traditional Castlevania game on the Wii? I think not. Anybody know why CV was never on GC either?
idk, the charicters, especialy simon look like they just came from an anime convention. not that there is anything wrong with that, im just saying that there is good anime vampires andbad anime vampires…
can u play as dracula in this game?

Your review of this game was great. Once again one can not all ways turst the reviews of game magzines. its just like when game informer give that poor reviwe on FF dissidia.. Keep up the good work.
one thing i never understood is why Richtor isn’t in the game, they got Maria so i don’t see why Richtor wouldn’t be there i still enjoyed the game to be honest
