Classic Game Room HD – GAME BOY ADVANCE SP reviewClassic Game Room HD reviews the GAME BOY ADVANCE SP from Nintendo. This Gameboy Advance SP review shows that the Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP plays original Gameboy games, Gameboy color and Gameboy Advance. CGR has the Game Boy model AGS-101 which has a backlit screen and looks wonderful. It uses a rechargeable battery and plays an enormous library of affordable Gameboy video games from Nintendo like Metroid II, R-Type DX and Donkey Kong. If you want to play your old library of Game Boy cartridges and Game Boy Advance games, check out the Gameboy Advance SP! The back lit screen makes it the best model thanks to backlight on the Game Boy Advance SP handheld video game system. 25 comments to Classic Game Room HD – GAME BOY ADVANCE SP review |

@jered91, Nah it really dosen’t i can imagen you are just saying that cause you have one.. The SP frontlit screen is around the equivalent of the first generation ds, Maybe slightly better, but no one complained about that…
I gotta pick one of these up !_!
Guys, do you think it is still worth to get one of these?
@bosnia91 2 WORDS GAMEBOY COLOR
You said GAME Boooooy advance like 1000 times
Gameboy advance sp is really cool. Good game console.

Do a Gameboy Micro review!
@oskiee93 yes it can
Now I can’t find my SP anymore!
I want a new!
@evinoog Thanks
@oskiee93 It plays everything that says gameboy on it
I found my Gameboy Sp + on the ground while walking to Wal-Mart one day
@oskiee93 yea any game boy game!
wow I just got mine yesterday at a garage sale for 5 bucks
works great
gameboy sp is the best gameboy and dsi is the best out of the dsi xl and the ds
the gameboy was so freaking amazing! It was the last to use game cartridges. Nintendo should not have quit making these. They were the greatest portable consoles.
@XRvd15X oh yeah. I have donkey kong also haha
I have the front lit screen because i got it when it was new
I’ve got this one for my fifth birthday and now I’m 13(I KNOW I AM UNDERAGED!). that’s for eigth years and I still love it! I’ve just restarted my pokemon sapphire and it gives maximum fun!
Wow. I’ve owned a GBA SP for two years now and did not know it played old school Game Boy games. Thanks for the info, I will keep my eyes open for the old games. I love the GBA SP except for Super Mario 3. Since I bought it the screen says, “Your saved data is corrupt.” Any idea how to fix that?
man It feels like just a few days ago I bought my game boy advanced but then I lost it =( five years seems so short and yet so long.
@krgeek actually no. The first generation sp’s had front lit/side lite screens
between GBA SP and DS, there was also GBA MICRO
And before the Game Boy we had the Game & Watch games…
