Nintendo are so lazy that everything they’ve been doing since the mid-nineties is resting on their laurels. They haven’t invented anything new (Wii itself is a good idea, though) and they’re happy that they have their audience of 8bit geeks.

Nintendo is lazy? How come? Just because Mario is always using the same formula? Well, why change it, when using said formula made him the KING of videogames… You should go bash on the FPS… Those are repetitive and it’s gameplay is the same crap over and over again…
You sure are a nitpicking one… Go buy a f*cking PS3 and LittleBigPlanet or Metal Gear Solid 4 if you want all those useless extras and crap…
This is Mario, he doesn’t need that, because he is a classic… His gameplay, fun and diversity will always reign over undeserving games with fame… No matter the cost…
Modern Warfare 2’s campaign is only about 3 hours long, and yet it is undeservingly considered one of the best games by critics… Gameplay is what truly matters in a game, especially one with only single player options, and up until now, Mario is king in that area…
Why is it a problem when the games are fantastic?

They could’ve added online play or added more coop characters than 2 unnamed, generic toad characters… Then again, I bought this game and the single player is excellent. I just need to find time to invite friends to my house to play coop with me… Bit awkward finding time when you’re a student..

Online would have been a nice EXTRA, but you can’t judge the game just because it doesn’t have it (like the reviewers are doing) and seeing the Wii capabilities, it would have sucked…
This game’s focus is like every other mainstream Mario game, the single player, the gameplay and having fun, which are honestly f*cking awesome in this game… Deserves a 9.8/10…
Agreed.. but look at games like Mario Kart and Smash Bros Brawl. Online play and well up in the top 9.5-9.9 category. It’s only a little thing but it would’ve given it that little push. I’d definitely rather play 4 player coop on this than left 4 dead 2 for example.
MKWii has epic online when playing solo, but with another player it lags… But Brawl f*cking lags like a whore either way, and yet the reviewers never even mentioned this HUGE flaw… God, they’re such a hypocrite…
My brand new plasma is faulty and now I have no TV to play this on. :/
